- 3pm Check in: Settle into your luxury accommodations and take it all in. You have arrived! Arrive early and have full access to the pool and amenities.
- 5:30 PM: Mingle, connect and toast to new beginnings with your new soul sisters at our cocktail reception and marina side dinner.

- 10:00 AM: Experience the glamor and insights of a VIP Shopping Excursion with Marcella. Delight in exploring new styles and silhouettes that flatter your figure enhance your beauty and allow you to radiate in a new found confidence
- Mid Day: Relish lunch out with the girls in style at a local restaurant.
- Afternoon: Enjoy leisure time by the pool, spa or activity of your choice.
- Late Afternoon: Visit Marcella’s beautiful home on the water and step into her custom designed closet to unlock the secrets to dressing with ease, grace and style. Gain tools and insights to set yourself up to look and present your best self at all times.
- Evening: Enjoy a hands-on culinary experience with Holistic and Wellness coach Doris Eggens as she sets you up for success navigating our maturing bodies, hormones to make healthy choices with tools for meal planning and prep that is easy and purposeful.
Day of Celebration
Saturday May 4
- 7:30 AM: Greet the dawn with a morning walk on the beach, wiggle your toes in the sand and practice daily rituals to set the tone for an amazing day ahead.
- Indulge in a delicious breakfast waterside to fuel your body for the day.
- Afternoon: Transform time and your time to shine! Get your glam on with professional pampering, makeup and styling for a fun and interactive personal photoshoot with talented artist Magda Hernandez.
- Evening: Revel in your journey with your soul sisters and celebrate together with a chef crafted dinner from latitude at our Celebration Dinner, a night of joy and shared stories.
Farewell with Gratitude
Sunday May 5
- Morning: Optional movement activity, grounding in gratitude, affirmations, and intention setting.
- Brunch: Gather for a heartfelt brunch, sharing reflections and takeaways.
- 12:00 PM: Leisurely check-out, with the option to linger by the pool or visit the spa.
- 3:00 PM: Bid adieu to new friends and this chapter of your journey, taking with you a heart full of memories and a spirit ready for what’s next.
How it all got started
After a 30 year career and building a multi million dollar business developing and training female entrepreneurs in the image and skin care industry, my identity was wrapped around my success as an executive. I was addicted to work and on the hamster wheel of being a top producer, putting my work, my health and others as a priority over myself and other obligations. Then, the parent company closed its doors with no warning.
With over 5000 consultants and 18 high-level leaders and in spite of being stressed out, suffering burnout and the subsequent effects on my health, it was a devastating loss, personally and professionally. To add to that, my sister-in-law and father died unexpectedly just prior and after closing. I was mourning their death and the loss of what I had built, my clients, my support system and huge work family.
Then the pandemic hit…
I was forced to dig deep, begin the healing process, and look within myself to find my joy, my purpose and passion again. I had to take inventory of all my skill sets from a lifetime of self development, and teaching others business skills, mindset, how to look and feel their best, and to incorporate self-care into their home and business lives for success.
It’s always been my purpose and passion to empower women to be their best from the inside out. I was born to do this! I am also a world traveler, in fact in my former business, I earned 30 all inclusive 5 star trips all over the world. I traveled with other amazing like minded successful superstar women. We had SO MUCH FUN creating bonds and life time memories I cherish to this day. It was THIS that planted the seed for this new direction.
The first trip and the last trip I earned were to Paris (no coincidence). It was after a glorious day of shopping and meandering the streets with my BFFs. I thought to myself, “Every woman should experience this level of luxury and relish the feeling of connection and deservingness”. That seed lay dormant until I had done the work, healed and prepared to lead others again on my terms.
